and estimated at $50.00/hour. They include all the features of the Express Websites below, plus anything else
you can afford.

Typically $600-1500, depending on features and customization. They include all the features of the Express Websites
below, plus
- Home listings page (database generated)
- Testimonials page (if requested)
- Content Management System for the items above
- MLS Search (if available in your area -- may cost extra)
A more specific estimate will require a more detailed description of features and scope. A 1/3 deposit is required to start.
Express Websites
The standard package is $800, which includes
- Up to 10 HTML pages
- One year of hosting
- Contact form
- 20 email addresses
- 200M disk space
- FTP access
- PHP4
- Perl 5
- MySQL 4
- SSL connection (if needed)
- Search engine submission
- Advanced metrics system
- Shopping cart (add $500)
A 1/3 deposit is required to start.
Programming/Application Development
This could include something as small as taking credit cards for donations, software downloads, or a full-blown shopping cart system with
shipping engines for UPS, DHL, etc. No preset pricing here. Costs can range from $100-200 for some specialized application
or contact form, to $3000-5000 for a high-end application, like

- Employee Training or Mentoring
- Testing, with reports, statistics, and management
- Jobs and Resume Depository, with E-commerce and management
In order to be fair to you (and us), most such projects require a detailed Requirements Document and Specification so
that an accurate estimate can be developed.
Misc (Repair/Modifications to existing sites/Other)
Ala Carte, at $50.00/hour for one time only. Negotiable if you will require periodic maintenance on a website.
For sites we built, updates requiring less than 15 mins are free.
Hosting
$25.00/month. Payable yearly in advance by check or credit card, or monthly in advance by credit card.
